In this video, I walk you through the fastest ways to get your Mighty Networks questions answered—whether you’re still exploring the platform or you’re already running a paid network. I start with two go-to resources you can use immediately: the Mighty Networks Help Center (searchable articles and videos) and the Mighty Community, where you can learn the platform, keep up with new features, and join live events hosted by the Mighty team. Then I show what changes once you’re a paying host. Inside your network (in a browser), you’ll see the “Need Help” button in the lower-right corner. That’s your direct line to customer support—send a message, ask a question, and typically hear back in a day or less. Paid hosts also get access to the Mighty Hosts area inside the Mighty Community, which is an additional place to ask questions and interact with the team. Finally, I share the resources I’ve created to support you: my free network, the CLC Neighborhood, and my YouTube channel with tutorials, strategy, reviews, and real-world examples.
