In this video, I’m doing a Mighty Networks review from a slightly different angle—because yes, the features and all the ways we can tailor the platform are great. But after attending Mighty Networks Certification in person, I’m more convinced than ever that the best thing about Mighty Networks is the leadership and the team behind those features. Sometimes meeting people in real life can be a letdown. This wasn’t that. It was the opposite—I left even more excited about what’s being built and why. I finally got to meet Gina Bianchini, and she’s exactly what you’d hope for: witty, aware, and constantly asking, “How do we make this better?” What stood out most is her passion for real people connecting with real engagement—and how that shows up in Mighty’s focus on “People Magic,” creating a framework that helps members find the most relevant other members on the same path. I also met team members across development and marketing, and it was inspiring to hear them describe their work with such clear values and intention. My big takeaways: (1) walleye fish tacos are to die for—don’t pass them up—and (2) I’m still all in on Mighty Networks as my go-to platform for helping small businesses build meaningful online communities, not just for what it does today, but for the vision and values driving what’s coming next.
