Back in the backyard and it’s got that proper “everyone showed up” energy. In this one I’m coming off an epic week at Mammoth and we kick things off with the Outbound Mammoth rail jam at the hotel. It was one of those sessions where the whole crew’s hyped, people are throwing down, and the vibes are just unreal—exactly what I love about events and jams. You get that mix of support, chaos, and progression all in one spot. Then I bounce straight to Tahoe because Tahoe has the GOODS right now. I’m getting after some backcountry laps to wrap up the trip, soaking in that stormy, deep-snow mission feel before settling back in Truckee for a bit. The takeaway: keep it moving, chase the best conditions, and say yes to the sessions—park, street, backcountry, whatever’s shreddable. I’m stoked to be home base for a minute, but you already know I’m still in full chase-mode. YEWWW!!
