Kitchen Day

The Flylady System includes Daily Focus Days. My days are not the same as the Flylady Days, but they work well for me. I get lots of questions each week about what all I do on my Kithchen Day. There are a few few cleaning tasks I do each week and then I try to do one or two food prep tasks that will make my week a little easier when it's time to prepare meals. That's it. It's not very time consuming or complicated. Sometims the tasks don't get done until I'm cooking dinner on Monday Night.
