Episode 93 - Maximum White Paint Horse Rides In A Parade

Hey everyone! Today, I'm taking you along to the Austin Peay Homecoming Parade with my beautiful Maximum White mare, Shine. This is her eighth ride and we are participating in a parade, and she's always a star attraction. Shine's Story Shine is a 3-year-old Maximum White mare. She's gentle, intelligent, and incredibly athletic, and we've built a strong bond. Preparing for the Parade We started preparing for the parade a few weeks ago. I made sure Shine was fit and healthy, and I practiced our riding routine until it was perfect. I also decorated her bridle and saddle with colorful ribbons and flowers. The Big Day Today is the big day! We arrived at the parade route early and got our spot in line. Shine was excited to be out and about, and she was eager to show off her beauty. When the parade started, Shine strutted her stuff down the street. She was the center of attention, and everyone loved her white coat and flowing mane. We rode for about half an hour, and Shine was a perfect lady the whole time. After the Parade After the parade, we took Shine back to the farm and gave her a well-deserved rest. She was tired but happy, and I was proud of her for such a good performance. Why I Love Parades I love participating in parades with Shine because it's a great way to give back to my community.
