All of the sounds you are hearing are coming from the Yamaha SEQTrak, Sorry Sonicware - the LoFi-12 was, in this case, jsut being used as controller... Yes you can do that!! Actually pretty cool that you can can because you change the Send Channel pretty easily and you get over 2 octaves of notes!
