When someone you love dies, small things become sacred — and that’s the headspace I’ve been living in. In this vlog I share where I’ve been, why I haven’t posted much this summer, and the reality of trying to exist after a big loss. My father passed away, and grief has genuinely split my life into “before” and “after.” I talk about how permanent death feels, how it’s not something you “fix,” and how I’m learning that grief is something you carry.
