What can i do with A Huge Cat’s tongue brush and a small 5" x 7" watercolor block?

Hi! I’m Cindy and I’m a colon cancer survivor who began my journey last March to be an artist at 61. Through my YouTube channel I will be creating a visual journal of my progress in my newfound passion- art. A few weeks ago I watched a watercolor artist use a cat's tongue brush to create a beautiful floral painting. That inspired me to give it a try. So I ordered one from Temu and when it came, I was shocked at the size. So I'm challenging myself to see what I could come up with using this huge brush on a 5" x 7" watercolor block.
