The dry rub burnt but the steaks were cooked 3 mins on one side and 2 mins on the other side. Perfect medium rare. Awesome fold down grill, lots of even cooking surface. This was a friend's, who allowed me to use it for this camping trip. Great grill! Doesn't have a cover/lid and honestly, I don't think it needs it. I pack way too much gear as it is, so once this folds down flat it's easily fits in my car and gives me space for other things.
