I Made a Sirloin Taste Like A Filet Mignon

I used 3 different techniques to mimic the flavor and texture of a filet mignon. First, I used sous vide to cook the steak to perfection as well as tenderize it. Next, I gave it a hard sear to get a crispy crust.
