SmartThings Armed-Stay Exit Timer ⏲ Push Button to Disarm Home for One Minute

I recently installed a SmartThings security system for a client. My client regularly departs for work at different times during the early morning hours. Since his alarm would be triggered if he forgot to disarm his SmartThings Home Monitor, he wanted me to create an automation that would be triggered by the press of button. This automation uses SmartThings devices and a SharpTools rule. The rule is activated with the press of a button.
