In this video I’m sharing a read-through audio for the NEW USDF 2023 Introductory Level Test C—set up WITH music—so you can practice your dressage test without needing a person standing at the rail calling it for you. I originally made these for myself because I wanted a simple way to work through each movement out in my arena, memorize the pattern, and make it feel like a little “riding lesson on your phone.” The idea is super practical: put the playlist on your phone, take it with you to the arena, and ride the test as the movements are called out. It’s honestly a lot of fun, and it’s a budget-friendly way to get more consistent practice time—especially if you’re riding alone. If you want to level it up even more, I also recommend recording your ride (like with a PIVO) so you can watch it back and see what needs work. This is all about making dressage practice easier, more accessible, and way less dependent on having extra help.
