“We got involved with it right from the word go, because it was something for me, as well as something for Mike. It gave us a norm. Something to do as a couple.” – Lesley Lesley and her husband Mike have been married for 42 years now. Sadly, Mike is living with Dementia, which is now in its advanced stages. The Love to Move Programme provides them both with a safe and social space that encompasses all three aspects of wellbeing. For Lesley, it’s given her a positive outlook for Mike.
