I trained like "One Punch Man" For 30 days! This included doing 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups, and a 10km run EVERY SINGLE DAY..... I ended up changing the routine a little to suit my needs more by replacing the 10km run with a 1-mile run and an additional 50 pullups.
