For the last 30 days I trained like Chris Heria. Chris has hundreds of videos on youtube sharing the workout routines he follows to get fit. I wanted to see if I worked out like him, would I get similar body results as him? A long with the workout routines I also changed my diet and started eating high protein and eliminated all processed junk food.
