This is the Echo Show 21 I upgraded to from my original Echo Show 15. I like it because it’s not just a bigger screen—it adds Zigbee, Thread, and Matter built in, plus a centered higher-res camera and the remote included in the box.

Pros

+Bigger 21-inch display for dashboards and media
+Zigbee, Thread, and Matter connectivity built in
+Centered, higher-resolution camera
+Remote included (was optional on the Echo Show 15)
+Same 30W power rating as the previous model in my setup

Cons

-Overall unit is much wider than the screen size number suggests (needs more wall space)
-Screen has a border/buffer area around the edges
