Jar it up, and set aside. Assembly: To a 14" tortilla and add your HEATED ingredients in about the size of your tostada: Refried beans, Ribs, cheese sauce from the making the mac, thin layer of lettuce, tostada, another thin layer of lettuce, tomatoes, mac, chipotle crema, fold by bringing the tortilla to the center and crimping the sides. Gill on both sides and enjoy. If you can’t find a vegan 14” tortilla, you can also use a 10” tortilla and then top with a smaller 6” tortilla and crimp around that.
