Today I'm trying out a gluten free vegan chicken substitute made with tofu skin (which also goes by the names bean curd and yuba). I, personally, have no formal training in preparing gluten free foods and I don't want anyone getting sick :) ** 1 10oz pack of bean curd sheets (https://amzn.to/3lcZHl7) 16 oz-ish of veggie stock 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp garlic powder 2 Tbsp gluten free flour 1 tsp MSG 1 tsp poultry seasoning 1 pack of rice paper Soak the bean curds in hot stock for about 10 min or until soft and edible, and strain. Mix in the seasonings. Wet the rice paper and then roll the tofu skin into the paper like a burrito (or spring roll). Fry up on high heat in a well oiled pan and enjoy!
