HohoLee Ggulbo 3 was a must for me because they glow in the dark and they’re perfect for raised details. The gel is thicker so you can pull it up for hearts and little character shapes—like tiny baby charms. I also loved that the colors weren’t exact repeats of the earlier collections (the gray alone sold me).
