MODERN & CHEAP DIY Waterbox Aquarium Lid Under $25 | Blue Reef Tank This week, I am sharing how I built my own Waterbox Nano Saltwater Tank Lid for under $25. I wanted to upgrade the look of my tank lids and decided to do this little DIY project. Waterbox tank lids are usually expensive (over $100 AUD each) and this DIY one is so much more affordable (under $25 AUD)! Overall, the materials are easy to find and you can easily replicate this at home for all your tanks. I love the matte black finish of the frame. The edges blend very well with the tank for a modern and clean look. On top of that, the new Red Sea mesh allows more light penetration into the tank and my corals seem happier than before.
