I'm switching to Sony... Sorry Canon

I am switching to Sony from Canon!!! Sorry Canon! While this change took a lot of thought, I ended up in the same position as other content creators that are also making the change. Canon is just not keeping up. I need to stay relevant. My viewers want me to stay relevant. It is 2021, and I still believe 1080p is still relevant. The workflow is easier. Most people online watch 1080p or lower anyway. But it doesn't change the fact that I want reliable and amazing 4k without the pricetag of a Cinema camera or flagship camera model. Canon, stop crippling your cheaper cameras to protect your most expensive cameras! Not everyone wants to spend or need $1000+ on a camera in 2021 especially if they have a capable smart phone in their pocket. If I was still just a photographer, then yes, I will stay with Canon, 1000%. That is just not the case here anymore. Ever since I started learning video and starting this Youtube journey, I've been waiting for a solid Canon product for 4k. I keep on seeing all my peers go to Sony. I've been loyal to Canon since 2005 (a fanboy) with my first digital camera the Canon S400. This is a sad day. I'm sure there will be a day where I might come back if things tighten up but I'm done waiting. Crispy 4k content coming to this channel and to my video clients. PS.
