With 4 weeks to go before her marathon debut, we catch up with Sara Hall and her significant other Ryan on Valentine's Day as they test her fitness at sea level with a 16-mile tempo run. With the help of her agent and friend Josh Cox, we provided fluid support on this warm Valentine's LA morning and documented some of their run.
