LEADVILLE, CO | The Window Seat

For approximately 2 weeks, I hit the road traveling from Los Angeles to Leadville for a couple of work projects around the Leadville 100/Leadman Series. One project specifically chronicles Dave Mackey's return to racing after suffering a bad accident and subsequently deciding to amputate. Inspiring to say the least. It wasn't all work however. During those 12 days in between projects, I got to get in some epic runs/hikes in the great state of Colorado including running a stage at the Transrockies race (thank you Ultimate Direction for the entry!).
