In the fifth episode of The Window Seat, I hit the road to Healdsburg, CA once again. This time, it's to race the relentless but stunningly beautiful Lake Sonoma 50 Mile race. After being coached for about a month and a half, I jumped into this race sort of last minute (thank you Tropical John!) and used it as prep for Leadville as far as nutrition and time on my feet goes. Had a blast as always and stoked for the upcoming training for Leadville 100 on August 19th. Be sure to subscribe if you haven't already!
