In the second episode of The Window Seat, I go on my first road trip of the series to visit the crew from Healdsburg Running Company to screen my latest film "Life in a Day" about the 2016 Western States 100. That was preceded by brief stops in Rocklin and Auburn, CA to record an episode of Trail Runner Nation (@WeAreNation) and a few miles on the famous Western States course. Finally, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Healdsburg, both before and during the film screening. Many thanks to my gracious hosts Don Freeman and John Medinger/Lisa Henson, to Magdalena Boulet for making the journey from East Bay and to Skip Brand, Sonoma Cider and all the wonderful people in Healdsburg for making this a memorable trip!
