Easy runs are meant to be done in a slow pace in what is commonly known as zone 2. They are called easy runs because of the perceived effort, and also they are done relatively slowly compared to other workouts. In this video, I share my own experiences and insights on how to run easier or slower in zone 2. Oh and I have started a new training block for a marathon. I don't know which marathon just yet but all I know I will be ready for an autumn marathon.
