As you may or may not know, through the support of @ASICSEurope I have the blessing of running Sydney Marathon 2025. A massive thank you to the team at @sportsdirectrunning for this opportunity. I have just uploaded a video on my YouTube channel talking about the plan for Sydney Marathon and I’ll share the overview here. Training Plan I am using the @Garmin marathon training plan in the Connect app. I have previously used Runna and Coopah, and I am so grateful for the progress made with these apps and I thought I would try out the @garminrunning plan. There will be a maximum of 4 runs per week and 2 gym sessions, more than I have done in previous blocks, as I prepare for the 6th marathon and 5th world major. I also have a goal to lose weight. I would love to get to the start line at a weight less than 85 kgs. I will eventually get to 80 kg. I am beyond serious about that goal because I started this block weighing the heaviest I have been in years. This is definitely bigger than running.
