I have been really out of it this week with the weather (I am ready for Elsa to make it snow, dangit!), so I thought it might be a good time to check-in on how I'm feeling about my planner setup this year. About This Video

This week I’ve been really out of it (honestly, the weather has me begging for Elsa to make it snow, dangit), so I decided it was the perfect time for a mid-year planner check-in. In this video I sit down and talk through how I’m feeling about my current setup, what’s working, what’s feeling a little “meh,” and what I want to tweak moving forward—because even with all my vintage Victorian vibes and fairycore spreads, my planning has to stay functional. I’m currently using a Checklist Layout from Happy Planner as my catchall, and I share why that format is still doing the heavy lifting for day-to-day life. For budget and social planning, I’m in a B6 from The Angel Shoppe right now, but I’m also already thinking ahead to possibly moving into a Weeks size in 2026. It’s less about chasing a new shiny thing and more about matching the size and structure to what I realistically need—especially when my energy is low and I need the planner to support me, not stress me out.
