I tested the 6th gen Theragun Prime and the performance is legit: 16mm stroke length, 35 lb stall force, and it stays impressively quiet even on high. My issue is the value—no case and only two attachments at $330 makes it hard to recommend over the 5th gen unless you really want the newer app/“Theragun Coach” integration and the rubberized TPU exterior.
