In this chapter, I’m sharing the raw and honest story of my journey with IMUMZ. It wasn't always smooth, from leaving the platform and leaving a Google review to the team reaching out after my review was deleted. I talk about the video I made, the unexpected conversation with the Founder of IMUMZ, and how that communication changed everything. Sometimes, the most difficult starts lead to the most beautiful destinations. I hope this story helps anyone navigating their own professional or personal hurdles. ✨ Don't forget to like and subscribe if you enjoy the video. #IMUMZReview #FertilityJourney #HonestReview #TransparencyMatters #MyExperience Here, On this channel, I share SKINCARE for Indian skin, my PERSONAL FERTILITY and health experiences, SIMPLE MAKEUP, lifestyle moments, travel snippets, and food, all through HONEST, REAL-LIFE CONVERSATIONS. ✨ Let's connect on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/berniemanuelrodriques 💌 Business Enquiries, Collaborations OR Love Letter: 📧 berniemanuelrodriques@gmail.com ⚠️ Disclaimer: This content is based on my personal experience and research and is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. About This Video

In this chapter, I’m sharing the raw, honest story of what happened after I left IMUMZ (IMoms) and posted a detailed Google review. When my 3-month tenure ended, I suddenly lost access to things like yoga and the WhatsApp groups, and I was honestly very pissed—because I didn’t want anyone else to go through the same thing. I wrote a 3-star review with the full timeline, and that’s when I got a call asking for feedback. During that call, I was told my review “demotivated” the team, and I remember thinking—when I was at my lowest, nobody worried about how demotivated I felt. Things escalated when someone DM’d me saying they couldn’t find my review anymore. I checked and realized the Google page had been deleted/changed, which really triggered me because I’d written it to help others make an informed decision. I made a video about it, and that’s when Dr. Wani called me (I was consulting her externally) and said the founder, Ravi, wanted to speak. We had a calm conversation—no arguments—where he apologized, explained changes they were making, and offered either support (nutritionist/yoga) or a refund. My biggest takeaway: fertility spaces need kindness, especially when someone has a complicated history like mine (TB, miscarriage, endometriosis, cysts, PCOS). Transparency matters, feedback should be acknowledged, and even when something starts difficult, it can still lead to clarity—like finally finding my root cause (high prolactin and high TPO/anti-TPO) and seeing progress over time.
