This video is my little end-of-February to March reset — and honestly, I needed it. I’m starting a new reset series because I’ve felt all over the place for months (especially with YouTube), and I wanted mental clarity. So I began with what always helps me: decluttering and cleaning. I tackled the mess around my room, bookshelf, and PC station because when my space looks clean, my mind feels lighter too. Then I take you through a simple self-care night, including how I remove facial hair. I try a tool I recently got, but I’m being real — I’m not the biggest fan because it takes a lot of time. I show my method with aloe vera gel and a face razor (keeping it at a 45° angle), and after shaving I’m very careful: no actives until the next afternoon because the skin gets sensitive. I finish with the Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Water Gel because it feels cooling and calming. I also share my cozy nighttime routine: reading (I’m currently on The Art of Letting Go), journaling, and using my gratitude journal with prompts that make it easier to stay consistent. I wrap up with my March goals — yoga consistency, drinking more water, planning content without overwhelming myself, and even starting to invest — because I really want March to feel gentle, not urgent.
