About This Video

Welcome back to chapter five of my IMUMZ journey — and this one is all about my second time inside the program and whether it actually felt different. I rejoined because Ravi (the founder) personally asked me to experience the full flow again, and honestly, the support system this time looked more structured. The moment the WhatsApp group was created, there were multiple people from the team in it, plus daily-ish challenges/puzzles where you do small tasks and then share your thoughts. There were also more sessions overall — couple yoga, bonus yoga, guided meditations, and lots of Zoom/Google Meet talks with doctors/nutritionists to build awareness around food, lifestyle, and holistic fertility support. The biggest “new” thing for me was discovering they also offer counselling. My nutritionist this time was genuinely sweet, and she suggested counselling because I was struggling with sleep, stress, and overthinking. That was my first counselling session ever, and yes — it helped. I got activities to practice, I went back to gratitude journaling, and it genuinely calmed me down. But I also want to be honest: my timing didn’t match the structure. I had already been put on a 3-month medication plan (for prolactin) and the IMUMZ course is also 3 months, so there wasn’t the same doctor connect every two weeks like a typical flow — and that made parts feel pointless for my specific situation. Still, I don’t think IMUMZ is “bad.” I’ve read multiple conception stories in the group, and I truly believe lifestyle change, clean food, movement, and mental peace can align you — even if you don’t conceive within those three months.
