About This Video

In this video, I’m sharing exactly what happened after I paid ₹15,000 for the iMumz 3-month couple’s plan—like the real “life after the workshop.” I break down what’s included (a dedicated nutritionist, a doctor, and flexible yoga slots morning to night), and how the whole WhatsApp system works—because honestly, that’s where a lot of the accountability comes from. You’re added to a “special” group with the team, you book Google Meet appointments, and you’re expected to show up consistently. I also get super transparent about my first 14 days detox and how intense the diet restrictions were for me as a hardcore non-vegetarian—no dairy, no eggs, no fish/chicken/mutton, no gluten, and at one point even no rice. The highlight for me was my first nutritionist—she was empathetic, asked me everything from sleep and stress to meal timing, and actually made me feel heard. But my first doctor meeting? Disastrous. I didn’t feel valued, the consult felt rushed and distracted, and on top of that the Ayurvedic meds were genuinely hard to source, which delayed my detox. My biggest takeaway: if you don’t vibe with your assigned doctor, ask for a change immediately. Switching to Dr. Wani changed everything—she was strict, yes, but she went deep, ordered tests, and that’s how I found out I had high prolactin and Hashimoto’s (autoimmune), which finally connected the dots for my fertility struggles. Also, you can’t really “cheat” because every meal goes into the WhatsApp group—so prepare your mind for discipline, but also be honest and listen to your body.
