We challenged Pat from Squatch Bikes to do a series of mountain bike repairs blindfolded. The only help we provided was clamping the bicycle into the repair stand and handing him, tools, and bottles of fluids. He actually found most of the tools himself. Pat, having worked on thousands of bicycles in the same shop for years, would need to rely on his experience and muscle memory to locate tools, identify issues, and check over his work. Each repair was a step up in difficulty. How many can get get right?
