With the entire riad all to myself, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning architecture made it the perfect place to unwind after a long journey. I took full advantage of the quiet morning, soaking in the intricate details, calming courtyard, and relaxing vibe that only a traditional riad can offer. The highlight of the morning was enjoying a rooftop terrace breakfast with panoramic views over Marrakech. Fresh Moroccan flavors, warm sunshine, and the sounds of the city slowly coming to life made it an unforgettable experience. After catching up on some much-needed sleep to beat the jet lag, I headed out at night to explore the vibrant streets of the Medina in Marrakech. Wandering through the Medina, I dove into the energy of the city—colorful (souks), unique shops, and endless treasures around every corner. From handcrafted goods to local culture, it was an adventure just getting lost in it all. I wrapped up the night with a light dinner back at the riad before settling in for a peaceful night’s sleep, ready for another day of exploring this incredible city.
