After 75 days of discipline, consistency, and pushing through the challenge… 75 Hard is finally complete! In today’s vlog I celebrate finishing the program and reflect on what it took to stay committed every single day. But just because the challenge is over doesn’t mean the healthy habits stop. I keep the momentum going by getting in a solid kettlebell workout, staying active and strong after completing the program. After that, I hop on my road bike for a great ride, enjoying the freedom and energy that comes from building strong daily habits and rip through the streets of San Clemente California. To wrap up the day, I head down to the beach for a peaceful walk with my pup Berea the Labradoodle, enjoying the ocean, the sunset, and taking a moment to appreciate the journey and everything learned over the last 75 days. This day is all about celebration, gratitude, and continuing the lifestyle that 75 Hard helped build.
