Never stop progressing. 💪 This day is all about discipline, consistency, and pushing forward no matter what. I start the morning off right by getting outside and taking my pup Berea for a walk, setting the tone with fresh air and a clear mindset. From there, it’s time to get after it with a solid kettlebell workout, building strength and staying committed to the grind. As the day rolls on, I head down to the beach for an epic sunset session, mixing in running and beach sprints while soaking in those unreal ocean views. There’s nothing like combining fitness with the beauty of the coast. After putting in the work, it’s time to refuel with a great dinner, then head out again for a relaxing walk with my dog to wind things down. Along the way, I stop to charge up my Tesla Cybertruck at the Superchargers, then make a quick run to Costco and Sprouts to wrap up the day. This is what it’s all about—staying active, staying disciplined, and enjoying the process every single day.
