Start the day the right way in beautiful San Clemente, California. In this vlog I wake up early and head straight to the beach with my dog for our 75 Hard morning walk. There’s nothing better than starting the morning with fresh ocean air, the sound of the waves, and a peaceful walk along the shoreline. While we’re out, I do the daily surf check to see what the conditions look like and check if it’s worth paddling out later. After the walk, it’s time to get some work done and stay productive, balancing the lifestyle of staying disciplined while enjoying life by the ocean. Later in the day I head back down to the beach to finish strong with some beach sprints, getting that second workout in for the 75 Hard challenge. Training on the sand is one of the best ways to push your endurance while enjoying an incredible view of the Pacific. To wrap up the day, I make a healthy dinner, relax, and wind down by watching a surf vlog, getting inspired for the next surf session.
