Today is a big day — the final day of 75 Hard. I wake up in beautiful San Clemente, California, feeling incredibly grateful to be living this lifestyle by the ocean and pushing through the last day of this challenging program. The morning starts with the coastal views and that feeling of accomplishment knowing the finish line of 75 Hard is finally here. After staying disciplined for 75 straight days, it feels amazing to close it out in one of my favorite ways — heading down to the water for a surf session. There’s nothing like paddling out in San Clemente, catching waves, and appreciating how far the journey has come. Later in that night after dinner, I slow things down and head out for a peaceful walk on the beach with my pup Berea the Labradoodle. Just the two of us, the sound of the waves, and wrapping up an unforgettable chapter. This day is about gratitude, discipline, and enjoying the moment after completing something that took consistency every single day.
