If you've ever thought you were too old to start surfing, hopefully this video inspires you to get out there and give it a shot. The day starts with an incredible morning overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from the rooftop terrace of 3 Fins Surf House. After some stretching, mobility work, and taking in the peaceful views, it's time to grab the board and head down to the beach for my first surf session of the day. Imsouane is known for having one of the longest rides in Africa, making it the perfect place for beginners and anyone looking to improve their surfing. After the morning surf, I head back to the apartment for a healthy meal and some downtime before getting ready for another session later in the day. As the sun begins to drop, it's back into the water for an evening surf session. The golden light, clean waves, and incredible scenery make for another unforgettable experience in Morocco.. Back at the apartment, I put together a beautiful healthy dinner, reflect on the day's surfing progress praise the Lord it's been a great day. Whether you're 14, 24, 44, or 64, you're never too old to learn a new skill, challenge yourself, and live life to the fullest. Thanks for coming along on the adventure.
