The day begins with checking out of my hotel early in the morning and getting my 75 Hard walk in to start the day with some movement and discipline. There’s nothing like a long morning walk to clear your mind and set the tone for the rest of the day. After that, I run a few errands and stop by Trader Joe’s and Costco to stock up on some great food and essentials before heading to check into my new Airbnb. It’s always fun settling into a new place and getting everything organized. Once I’m settled, it’s time to stay consistent with the fitness routine and get in a kettlebell workout, keeping the momentum going with the 75 Hard challenge. Later in the evening, I take my dog out for another long walk, enjoying the fresh air and wrapping up the fitness goals for the day. Before calling it a night, I spend a little time getting some work done and staying productive, finishing the day strong. From travel, fitness, and errands to staying disciplined and productive, this vlog captures a full day of living intentionally and staying consistent.
