Start the day with me by the ocean in beautiful San Clemente, California as I head down to the beach first thing in the morning to get my 75 Hard oceanfront walk in. There’s nothing like starting the day with fresh sea air, waves crashing, and a peaceful walk along the shoreline. During the walk, something special happens—Berea, my Labradoodle, gets in the ocean for the very first time! Watching her experience the water and run around on the beach made the morning even better. After the beach walk, it’s time to get focused and knock out a solid block of work, staying productive and disciplined throughout the day. Later on, I head out again for another walk to keep the momentum going and stay on track with the 75 Hard challenge. To cap off the fitness for the day, I get in a great kettlebell workout, pushing through a strong session before winding down. The day wraps up with a healthy and delicious dinner, the perfect way to recharge and finish off a full, balanced day.
