That was after being beaten back by the Seven everywhere. They dammed up Loot Lake and that dried out the rivers from Sleepy Sound to coney Crossroads and the Sanctuary. Peely has been driving around and has made his way back to sleepy Sound. He's in the salvage business now because he's lifted the Slurpy Tanker out of Sleepy Sound. There appears to be a new secret room within Command Cavern, too. What happned to the Klombo Mounds?
