Think 30mV for 250mA current draw and around 150mV ripple when doing around 60-90Watts. Not too shabby and will work just fine for most cases not requiring pristine low noise power supplies. Since it has CV/CC mode, you can set it to 4.2V max voltage and charge some lithium ion cells, initially on CC move so it maxes out at say 1A and then as it charges, it will switch to CV mode on its own. Thus charging your battery. Or, you can charge different chemistries too with different voltage settings. It even has computer control of the voltage.
