The BEST Ultralight Backpacking Gear of 2024! Flextail Zero Pump

This is the all-new 2024 Flextail Zero Pump and my favourite piece of ultralight backpacking gear 2023. The flextailgear zero pump weighs just 1.2oz or 52 grams. I've used the flextail gear tiny pump x for wild camping since it came out and then upgraded my camping gear to the flex tail gear 2x. This lightweight backpacking gear is small too, just 73mm long x 24mm wide. The flextail zero pump is slightly quieter than the older models. It doesn't pump the inflatable sleeping pads as hard but I used to let air out of my inflatable sleeping mats anyway. I have been provided with a test model so I'm not sure how it will change from the final model. The portable pump unit itself does not have a charging port. HOWEVER, Flextail have said they will include a battery with usb-c input in the final product. In any case, the Flextail Zero Pump can pump up to 25 sleeping pads on one charge so you won't need to charge on the trail unless you're going away for a month! The flextail zero pump does not have a lantern like the flextail gear tiny pump 2x. This may stop people from upgrading.
