I bought the AmazonBasics Internal Frame Backpack specifically to see if the infamous shoulder-strap slippage had been fixed after years of complaints. On trail, the pack felt comfortable at first, but the straps still let go under load and the fit kept shifting. For me, that’s a deal-killer because it undermines the pack’s basic job: keeping the load stable and safe.
