At least 164 people have been killed in Venezuela after two powerful earthquakes struck, just a minute apart. The second was the strongest to hit the country since 1900, and caused more than 100 buildings to collapse, the UN said. Rescuers are searching the rubble in Caracas and the state of La Guaira, and one man in the capital said it felt like "the world was moving for a long time”.
