Paul Rubens HAIYA 72-set of oil pastels https://amzn.to/3I7ZKOv Very smooth and blendable, lay down silky and pleasant. Downside is that they are very oily, to the extent that the wrappers can be slick with oil residue. A beautiful palette, also a good selection of portrait tones. Has only one white in the set, would be nice to have at least 2. Paul Rubens Oil Pastel Set (48 Macaron Colors) - same as the 36-set of pastel colors I showed, only bigger palette https://amzn.to/41FKIpU Heavier and drier texture. They are blendable of course but not as easily as Mungyo or Paul Rubens new Haiya ones. Lovely colours though and they are still good quality oil pastels. Pentel Oil Pastels - Set 50 https://amzn.to/47pPsUg Slimmer and harder but still very blendable. Great for working on more detailed images. Can be blended out with each other, I rarely ever need to smooth them with a finger/other tools Mungyo 72 oil pastels in a wooden box https://amzn.to/4ngoJOr My favourite all rounders. Super smooth, blend like butter, great colour selection. Very soft without venturing into overly oily territory.
