Whether you're a freelance designer, part of a team, or just starting out, you know how long it can take to build a sitemap, lay out wireframes, and create a style guide — especially when all you have is a vague idea or client brief. Relume uses AI to help you generate all of that instantly with just a prompt. In this video, I’ll demo how I use it step-by-step — and how it helps me go from “where do I start?” to “let’s build” in no time. 👉Complete Free Figma Course 2025: https://youtu.be/HoKD1qIcchQ 👉Master Figma Variables 2025: https://youtu.be/425aMhpDTSY Chapters in this video: 00:00 The Problem with AI in Design 01:44 Making Sitemaps Using AI 03:18 Making Wireframes 05:32 Making a custom Style Guide 08:35 Exporting Wireframes and Style Guide to Figma 12:05 How I use Relume ------- ------- 🎯 Want to learn more about Figma? About This Video

The most painful part of web design isn’t research or high-fidelity screens for me—it’s the early stage where you’re staring at a blank page thinking: how many pages do I need, what sections go where, and what’s my style guide even going to look like in a real layout? That mental load of turning a vague idea into something visual is what eats hours (sometimes days). I went down the AI tool rabbit hole, and most tools jump straight to polished mockups—but real designers don’t need that. We need control, structure, and an actual process. In this video, I show how Relume changed my kickoff workflow: I generate a sitemap from a prompt, turn that into wireframes (with relevant AI-generated copy per section), and then build a customizable style guide that I can test in a live concept page. I can shuffle layouts while keeping the copy, lock brand colors, adjust typography, and swap UI styles like buttons and radius. Then I export everything to Figma using the Relume kit + plugin, and it even brings the style guide in as variables—colors, type, UI styles, the whole setup. The big takeaway: it’s not replacing Figma; it’s a smart bridge that gets me from “where do I start?” to “let’s build” fast—especially when I’m working with real client briefs.
