About This Video

If you’re still starting your design projects from scratch like a caveman—dragging rectangles and manually doing paddings—my friend, it’s time to evolve. In this video I show my current “daily drive” workflow with Relume, and why it’s become my go-to AI tool for kicking off new UI/UX and web design projects. I walk through the core flow: generating a sitemap from a simple prompt, turning that into wireframes in a few clicks, and then letting Relume create a full style guide with colors, typography, spacing, and components that you can shuffle or customize (and lock in your brand color). The real game-changer is the new Relume integration with Figma Sites. I export the concept into Figma using the Relume kit + plugin, bring in the style guide (with variables), and then copy frames straight into Figma Sites to publish a responsive website—no code. I also show how you can still add your own creativity on top, like quick reveal animations and interactions in Figma Sites, then update the published URL. My big takeaway: use AI to skip the boring, repetitive parts, but don’t let it make your work generic—Relume is the starting point, not the final design.
